The weird thing about mojo is that we think it is some mystical force or energy that suddenly makes us motivated to do something.
And this is not the case.
So in today’s episode we are going to be talking about motivation, goals, measuring progress, failure and my favourite concept of “Bouncebackability”.
Plus we are going to do a goal setting exercise you will need to grab a notebook or journal and pen for- yes we are talking some actionable points here!
Time to set some goals.
