Do you know that at the ripe old age of 45, I got an ADHD diagnosis?
And honestly, it has really helped me to understand myself and how my brain works, which has allowed me to be more compassionate and gentle with myself, rather than feel constantly like I’m failing or things aren’t working right.
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects people’s behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse.
Symptoms of ADHD tend to be noticed at an early age and may become more noticeable when a child’s circumstances change, such as when they start school.
How do I know I have it?
Come listen to this episode and how I got my diagnosis and what I am now doing to reach both my body and overall health and lifestyle goals!
