I would love to say that this is not a popular issue or that it doesn’t come up time and again, but it does. We are talking abut negativity.
When you start any sort of transformational journey or start to work towards new goals, family members or friends can begin to pull you down with their negativity.
There is nothing as hard as when you don’t feel supported or understood.
And even more so when that lack of support comes from the ones that matter most.  Your partner, your family or close friends. And honestly I see this a lot with my clients.
 
Today we are going to give you some strategies and action you can take right away to help you with this.
