Lockdown is continuing or starting (if you are in the UK right now but also in many cities around the world).. not got so much to look forward to or get dressed up for… darker mornings & nights so what’s the point in working out now?

I felt like this too a few weeks ago- BUT working out doesn’t just focus on the way you look!

  • For one, It releases positive endorphins to lift your mood.
  • After you feel more energetic & motivated for the day
  • It’s hard to feel sad in a body you are taking care of
  • Looking after your own health which is majorly important right now

When we return to normal you’ll be soooo glad you took that time to work on YOU
