

Berry, Chia & Vanilla
Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 large banana
- 1/2 cup (75g/2.6 oz.) fresh or frozen berries
- 1 handful fresh spinach or baby kale
- 20g (0.7 oz.) protein powder vanilla
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Ice, as needed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for the ice in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Add ice and blend again until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass.
Notes
If you are using frozen banana and berries you will not need as much ice to make
