

Gluten Free Crackers with Pesto, Warms Goats Cheese and Puy Lentils
Ingredients
- Ryvita Crackers x4
- 100g goats cheese
- 1tbsp puy lentils
- spread of pesto (like butter on each cracker)
- garnish with rocket and red onion
Instructions
- Warm the grill
- Spread the pesto onto each cracker
- Divide the goats cheese into 4 portions and crumble onto each cracker and sprinkle the lentils
- Place crackers under grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the cheese begins to brown.
- Add the garnish and eat!
