Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml  unsweetened almond milk
  • 70 g fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 70 g frozen sweet cherries
  • 25 g vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder
  • 1 tsp nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy
  2. Consume immediately.
