Class Description


  • 1 min endurance interval circuits with kick ass Warrior Goddess exercises including battle ropes, punch bag, bands, ball and bells, often includes fitness testing and practicing of key moves such as Pull ups, Pistols, Jumps, Turkish Gets Ups and Push Ups.

WARRIOR class is where Wonder Woman and her Amazon sisters would come to train to get LEAN, STRONG and CURVY.

The class where Warrior Goddesses come to hone their Warrior skills.

A circuits class with a difference. Specific 1 minute interval circuits of functional training workouts including punch bag kickboxing drills, plyometric box jumps and steps, battle ropes, pilates ball moves, bands, and of course kettlebells.

Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training Warrior Class


WARRIOR: Kick ass Fight, Plyometric & Kettlebell Circuits to build power, strength and feel awesome using 1 minute circuits.

DAY: Wednesdays, Saturdays

TIME: 11.15am

DURATION: 1 hour

WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself and lots of water.


Mobility warm up, Rocky Tabata Cardio warm up, 1 min- 5 min circuits, repeated with finishers that include Turkish Get Ups, full yoga stretching series and 10 minutes of mindful meditation.

The amount and order of your programme is outlined in the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Handbook and is dependent on your strength, fitness or fatloss goals that you determine for yourself.

Our 4 week introduction course is the perfect place to begin your fitness and strength journey, and a great way to get fit, strong and curvy! Accessing up to 3 Beginners Sessions a week plus Unlimited Yoga HIIT classes.  Suited for complete beginners to those a little more active wanting to add strength training to their existing workouts. It can suit even the busiest of schedules. The cost for this 4 week programme is £75. Full details here.

Progressing to Graduate Classes 

Graduate Pay as You Go Bookings are valid for 30 days, 10 Session Block bookings are valid for 60 days months and Monthly Membership is a 30 day rolling membership with a 12 month or 3 month commitment. Full details here.
