Who Am I Now?
I know what it feels like to wake up tired, even after sleeping 9 hours. To hold everything together for everyone else while quietly disappearing inside. To wonder, “Where did I go… and why can’t I seem to get myself back?”
After my last recovery from burnout, I wanted to set new goals.
I tried to push.
To plan harder.
Diet better.
Motivate myself.
Be disciplined.
And every time I “started strong,” I crashed even harder.
Nothing stuck.
Nothing shifted.
And nothing brought me back to feeling like me.
Not because I was doing it wrong.
But because I was asking a body, already at full capacity, to tolerate more effort.
Here’s what I eventually learned:
Nothing was wrong with me.
My nervous system was overloaded.
My body was protecting me.
My weight wasn’t the problem. It was the armour.
When I stopped forcing change and rebuilt my life around Wellness Alchemy — the integration of biology, psychology, and spirituality, something finally softened.
My energy didn’t spike… it stabilised.
My patterns didn’t restrict me… they were rewritten.
And my body exhaled for the first time in years.
If you’re here, chances are you recognise this place.
Capable — but exhausted.
Knowledgeable — but cautious.
Ready for change — but unwilling to pay the old price.
Not because you’ve given up.
But because your system can’t survive another crash.
The Quickening is the beginning your body has been asking for.
Not a push.
Not a plan.
But the step that restores capacity, so effort can work again.
