The Story Behind Goddess Got Goals

The Goddess Got Goals Podcast has grown alongside me.

Over the 6 years and now nearly 300 episodes,  it has explored fitness, nutrition, mindset, kettlebells, habits, burnout, menopause, identity, strength and now the Warrior Goddess Saga.

Some episodes are practical. Some are deeply personal. Some reflect exactly where I was on my own journey at the time.

We have different seasons, different intros, different recording quality and different lengths and styles.

Rather than deleting those seasons, I’ve chosen to honour them.

Because growth isn’t linear.

As I’ve evolved, so has the podcast.

The Mixtapes are my way of bringing those conversations together, so wherever you are on your own journey, you can start with the episodes that speak to you most.
