FOCUS ON PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION
Each grade in our Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training system teaches a specific type of energy and strength and how to generate that energy and build that strength through proper body mechanics with the kettlebell and martial HIIT moves. From beginner to Grade 6, there are 6 Grades, each named after the energetic warrior goddess principles for that grade and awarded with a coloured sweat band – as you sweated to achieve it!
Here you will find descriptions for each grade Forms, exercises and commitment required.
Some grades have moves assigned to them which is also briefly mentioned.
Not only is the form to be played correctly for the level but also practitioners need to display their understanding of individual techniques and application of those techniques but also the embodiment of that grading in terms of a role model for the Tribe.
