FOCUS ON PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION

 

Each grade in our Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training system teaches a specific type of energy and strength and how to generate that energy and build that strength through proper body mechanics with the kettlebell and martial HIIT moves. From beginner to Grade 6, there are 6 Grades, each named after the energetic warrior goddess principles for that grade and awarded with a coloured sweat band – as you sweated to achieve it!
Here you will find descriptions for each grade Forms, exercises and commitment required.
Some grades have moves assigned to them which is also briefly mentioned.
Not only is the form to be played correctly for the level but also practitioners need to display their understanding of individual techniques and application of those techniques but also the embodiment of that grading in terms of a role model for the Tribe.

YELLOW GRADE- GRADUATE GODDESS

Having participated in a Beginners Programme and committed to monthly membership or a 8 session block to further your training commitment.

  • You will have shown ability to Swing with an 8kg, Snatch, Clean & Press with a 4kg and have the fitness level to complete and have completed at least one a 4 round Tabata session LEAN class. or full YOGA HIIT class.
  • You have made the commitment to attend at least 2 sessions a week for a period of 4 weeks.
  • You are committed to your fitness, strength and your new Warrior Goddess Body.
  • You have made a commitment to your nutrition and self care routine and understand how important it is in relation to achieving your lifestyle and body goals.

STRIPES ARE ALLOCATED FOR:

ORANGE GRADE- PADAWAN GODDESS

Taking your training more seriously, with more commitment you are able achieve so much more and your strength and fitness is growing with each week.

  • You will have shown ability to:
    • Swing with an 12kg
    • Deadlift a 16kg
    • Snatch and Clean & Press with a 6kg,
    • Chest Press with 2x 6kg
    • Turkish Get Up with a 6kg
    • Hang from the Pull Up Bar for 20 seconds
    • Hold a Plank for 1 minute
    • Complete 5 ‘modified/lady’ Push Ups with Correct Form
    • Straight Punch, Hook & Upper Cut
  • You have made the commitment to attend at least 3 sessions a week for a period of 6 weeks.
  • You regularly consume a Proothie or Protein Shake for post workout and have completed the one 5 Day Proothie Challenge and posted your pics in the VIP Facebook group.

GREEN GRADE- MAIDEN GODDESS

Your commitment, focus and dedication to be the best version of you is growing!

You have made the commitment to attend at least 3 sessions a week and hitting 80% attendance in a 12-week period and you are now proficient in your form and fitness and have body goals you are working towards.

  • You will have shown ability to:
    • Swing 16kg
    • Deadlift 20kg
    • Clean & Press 8kg
    • Snatch 8kg
    • Turkish Get Up 8kg
    • Bicep Curl 2x 6kg
    • Kneeling Lunge Halos x 12kg
    • Hold a plank for 1m 30 seconds
    • Hold a Wall Sit for 1m 30 seconds
    • Complete 10 modified push ups
    • Hang from Pull Up bar for 30 seconds
    • You have ability to complete the following Martial HIIT, FIGHTER or Warrior Moves: 4 step combos, upper cuts, front kick, side kick and use the Warrior Ropes and Skipping Ropes.
  • You have attended at least 3 STRONG, CURVY, WARRIOR, FIGHTER class and have the Fitness level to attend a LEAN, YOGA HIIT or KICK ASS class.
  • You have completed at least 1 cycle of the 28 Day Programme or Wheel of the Year and understand the principles of eating the right thing at the right time for the right purpose.
  • You have completed 1x  28 Day GGG Challenge
  • You have made a commitment to your nutrition and self-care routine and understand about foam rolling, stretching, self-care, body work and massage and adjustments. You regularly get massages, attend yoga or get body work.

PURPLE GRADE- ERUDITE GODDESS

Your are a force of nature and blazing the way for our Tribe.

You have made the commitment to attend at least 3 sessions a week and hitting 80% attendance in a 16-week period and you are now proficient in your form and fitness and have body goals you are working towards.

  • You will have shown ability to:
    • Swing 20kg
    • Deadlift 24kg
    • Clean & Press 10kg
    • Military Press 10kg for 5 reps both sides (no bounce)
    • Snatch 10kg
    • Snatch 10kg for 1 minute (achieving at least 20)
    • Turkish Get Up 10kg
    • Hold a plank for 2m
    • Hold a Wall Sit for 5m
    • Complete 15 modified push ups
    • Complete 1 unmodified push up
    • Complete 1 unassisted pull up
    • Jump on 20cm box
  • You have ability to complete the following Martial HIIT, KICK ASS FIGHTER or Warrior Moves: 4 step combos, upper cuts, front kick, side kick and use the Warrior Ropes and Skipping Ropes.
  • You have attended all of our classes.
  • You have completed at least 2 x 28 day cycles of the Wheel of the Year and understand the principles of eating the right thing at the right time for the right purpose.
  • You have completed 1x 28 Day Challenges and have increased your strength/fitness tests by 10% and achieved 70% on your accountability sheets tracking your daily healthy habits.
  • You have made a commitment to your nutrition and self-care routine and understand about foam rolling, stretching, self-care, body work and massage and adjustments. You regularly get massages, attend yoga or get body work.

RED GRADE- STRONG GODDESS

Your are a STRONG Warrior Goddess- strong of mind and body.

You have made the commitment to attend at least 3 sessions a week and hitting 70% attendance in a 26-week period and you are now proficient in your form and fitness and have body goals you are working towards.

  • You have hit the 150 Club for Attendances.
  • You are now seen as someone to listen to and look to in class for guidance and support.
  • You are consistent, reliable, still give maximum effort, competitive and fun!
  • You will have shown ability to:
    o Swing 24kg
    o Deadlift 2x16kg
    o Clean & Press 12kg
    o Military Press 12kg for 5 reps both sides (no bounce)
    o Snatch 12kg
    o Snatch 12kg for 1 minute (achieving at least 25)
    o Double Snatch 2x 8kg
    o Turkish Get Up 12kg
    o Hold a plank for 3m
    o Hold a Wall Sit for 10m

  • You have completed 1 x 1 90 Day Challenge and have increased your strength/fitness tests by 10% each time and achieved 80% on your accountability sheets.
  • You have made a commitment to your nutrition and self-care routine and understand about foam rolling, stretching, self-care, body work and massage and adjustments. You regularly get massages, attend yoga or get body work.

BLACK GRADE- WARRIOR GODDESS

As a regular member attending 5 sessions a week for a minimum of a 12 week period, you are now proficient in your form, fitness and have body goals you are working towards which are now part of your lifestyle. Not only do you embody the principles of what makes a Warrior Goddess Body, you are seen as someone other goddesses can turn to for advice and support. You have become a leader and role model.

You have made the commitment to attend at least 4 sessions a week and hitting 70% attendance in a 52-week period and you are now proficient in your form and fitness and have body goals you are working towards.

  • You have hit the 250 Club for Attendances.
  • You are now seen as someone to listen to and look to in class for guidance and support. You want to coach clients.
  • You have shadow coached a WARRIOR, STRONG & CURVY class.
  • You will have shown ability to:
o Swing 32kg
o Deadlift 2x20kg
o Clean & Press 16kg
o Military Press 16kg for 5 reps both sides (no bounce)
o Snatch 16kg
o Turkish Get Up 16kg
o Hold a plank for 5m
o Hold a Wall Sit for 15m or 10m with 10kg
o Complete 10 unmodified push up
o Complete 5 unassisted pull ups
o Jump on 30cm box
o Run a 10k
• You have ability to complete the following Martial HIIT, FIGHTER or Warrior Moves: Complex Fighter Combos, upper cuts, front kick, side kick and use the Warrior Ropes and Skipping Ropes.
• You have completed at least 6 x 28 day cycles of the Wheel of the Year and understand the principles of eating the right thing at the right time for the right purpose.
• You have completed 1 x 1 90 Day Challenge and have increased your strength/fitness tests by 10% each time and achieved 80% on your accountability sheets.
• You have made a commitment to your nutrition and self-care routine and understand about foam rolling, stretching, self-care, body work and massage and adjustments. You regularly get massages, attend yoga or get body work
