Log your Progress Photos & Measurements

  • Step 1: Take your Progress photos (side, front, back) 
  • Step 2: Create a side by side layout collage using any of these free apps: Photogrid, Layout, Photo, Collage. If you can, add the phase text on each image. i.e. Start Date  |   Phase 1 Week 4
  • Step 3: Upload the 3 collage/side by side photos for today’s date.
  • Step 4: Uploading your Measurements.  Ignore the left side, right side thing for the Neck , Chest and simply measure your neck etc and divide by 2.
  • Step 5: You simply need to upload your weight (if you want this is optional based on your scenario) and then the measurements.  You can then use those measurements to get your current Body Fat % using this calculator and then enter this manually at the bottom of the Body Fat % screen.
  • Step 6: If you want some feedback on your progress from the coaches or Lisa in terms of your current 7 Day Cycle, be sure to go to the Facebook group and create a NEW post with #progress.

Track your Daily Habits ON YOUR PHONE

Step 1: As you perform each of your Goddess Got Goals 90 Day Challenge 5 Morning Star Habits, tick them off in your app 

Log your Workouts ON YOUR PHONE

Notes:

Remember that your current program that is assigned to you will not start until the next Monday.  Monday is Day 1 of the Program.

Remember that you can only log workouts on your Phone but you are still follow along on your desktop.

Remember that the Program allocated to you assumes you are following the 7 Day Cycle and minimum 3 Day Exercise Split of 1 LEAN, STRONG & CURVY. It has set workouts on set days.  You can do additional workouts or choose not to do the prescribed workout on that day but it will affect your compliant score- do not let that demotivate you.  Your workouts are all logged and we see that you are still doing workouts and will recognise this effort.

Step 1:  Go to Log Workout on your Phone’s hub

Step 2: Choose to do that day’s workout or choose your own workout (remember this will affect compliance score)

Step 3: Be sure to check the notes section of the workout if you need clarity

Step 4: Click on the image to bring up the video demo or that move or for the follow along video.

Step 5: You can choose to tick things off as you go or do this at the end.

Step 6: You can adjust the weight you completed or the amount of reps you were able to do at that weight which will then be reflected in your reports

Step 7: Hit ‘Finish Workout’ and then you can write a note about the workout which will be seen by your coach and if you want to save that workout as a template i.e. it will remember the weights and reps you have completed for next time but this is optional.

Log your Nutrition ON YOUR PHONE

This part is just from Phase 1 onwards.

You need to sync your My Fitness Account- you can do this on the phone or desktop and just follow the instructions you will find this on the HUB page.

You are still tracking on My Fitness Pal every day, you will just get a snap shot and it shows as part of your consistency and compliance activity.

Step 1:  Go to Log Nutrition

Step 3: Go to the My Fitness Pal app and log your nutrition as you been taught

Checklist:

  • Sign in on the desktop version via the email sent to you
  • Create a new password
  • Change the avatar – upload your photo
  • Update your information in your profile under my details
  • In the section called Goals- add your scenario and your motivational tendency
  • Update the Medical section
  • Start with uploading your newest progress photos
  • Start with uploading your measurements
  • You will start your program as Day 1 on a Monday, your program start date will be set for the next, following Monday
  • Remember, you must log your workouts and nutritions through the app on the PHONE.
  • Begin tracking your habits daily through the app on the PHONE.
  • Check on your activity and reports every 4 weeks when you upload new progress information: photos and measurements and still ask in the FB group with #progress for feedback on your photos in relation to macros, calories and current training plan.
  • And remember, do not use the Chat function on the app. This is only for those purchasing our 1:1 expert coaching packages.
