Safety, Grounding & Nervous System Regulation
This week is about security, stability, and survival.
Before consistency, before goals, before habits — there must be safety.
Many women aren’t “undisciplined” or “inconsistent.”
They are living in survival mode.
Chronic stress, burnout, high-functioning anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or prolonged exposure to emotionally unsafe dynamics (including narcissistic or controlling relationships) can keep the nervous system stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.
When your body is focused on survival, it cannot prioritise growth.
