1. Watch the video here on moving into Week 1 and following the first 7 days of your cycle, menu plan and exercise programme.
2. You can this week’s shopping list and menu plan for your Plant Based approach whether that be Meat Eater, Vegetarian or Vegan. Access the links on this page below.
3. Each week watch the Beginners Session video where we demonstrate and provide a follow along element to learning the moves in your week’s workouts. Once you have completed the first beginners session that week, you can simply click on and download the Beginners Cheat Sheet to access your training and if you get stuck or can’t remember a move, click the link to see the move demonstrated with a voiceover. These will be also be emailed to you weekly at the start of the week.
