I have lost over 27 cm and just over 16 pounds which is amazing in and of itself to me but the numbers really are just a small piece of the puzzle.  My energy is soaring, I no longer have to take the 16 steps in my apartment one at a time as my knee pain has improved substantially!

I have struggled with weight loss for the last 25 years, I think my biggest struggle was one of procrastination and fear of failure.  I always thought “what if I can’t do it, what if I fail?”  I never really set myself up for success and believed in my ability to succeed, until the WGKBT program.

Lisa is a sincere, caring and impeccably organized coach of whose plethora of knowledge in regards to health, nutrition, exercise, kettlebell training and how it affects a woman’s body is incredible.  I have worked in the healthcare industry for many years and can say without a doubt Lisa’s wealth of wellness knowledge is second to none.  Along with this, her enthusiasm and passion to share this knowledge with all the women of the world is absolutely inspiring.  I also feel that the accountability piece of  Lisa’s program  to show up every single day is an invaluable part of her program and helped me overcome my previous habit of self sabotage by quitting.
After watching the WGKBT master class on a chilly Sunday afternoon I took the leap of faith and signed up for the 12 month program and it was one of the best life decisions i have made.  I have successfully completed the 6week unicorn phase and have lost over 27 cm and just over 16 pounds which is amazing in and of itself to me but the numbers really are just a small piece of the puzzle.
My energy is soaring, I no longer have to take the 16 steps in my apartment one at a time as my knee pain has improved substantially!  I have moved the notch on my belt down 4 holes and I no longer have the nagging craving of wanting more sugar or wondering when it was going to be time to eat again ,
For the first time in my life I was on vacation and focused on my rest, relaxation and activities that involved being active and not revolve around eating, drinking and food.  To me the mental clarity, fortitude and strength of purpose to do this is the greatest gift that Lisa and this program has given me.
I  am getting my healthy life back and am so excited to continue on this journey of self love and discovery, fitness, health and wellness!  I am a warrior goddess, hear me roar!!
