Q: I already eat keto/vegan/, will this help me?
A: This meal plan provides a meal by meal, day by day plan of anti inflammatory foods that are high protein, high fibre including 3 meals and 1 snack. These are approximated with calories and macros but this is not about body shape change or losing weight. We are focusing on nourishing, hormone balancing foods to boost your metabolism, reduce inflammation and bloating . The meals are plant focused but not all vegan and vegetarian, they can be amended to work for these preferences.
Q: Will this work for me if I am gluten free or soy free or have another allergy?
A: This is a perfect set of tools for fussy eaters or those with allergies! As you still get to eat your own favourite foods- or avoid those foods you can’t or don’t want to eat. This plan is gluten free and can be adapted to be dairy free and vegan.
Q: I'm a fussy eater/neurodivergent or have issues eating certain foods or mental capacity to meal plan, will this work for me?
A: As a single parent with ADHD, I know that meal planning can be a minefield. It requires a lot of Executive Function and focus. So, it is important to break it down into small actionable steps, help you to find interest in it, create checklists and other tools to stay on track and provide dopamine rich feedback or activities to make the process more enjoyable. This plan has more flexibility than our other plans in terms of adherence because it is not about accurate or tracking, it is about nourishment and eating well.
Q:Do I have to eat a plant based diet?
A: Focusing on more leafy greens, vegetables and fruits in your diet is essential for long term health, energy and for healthy weightloss. It is encouraged that you follow a diet more heavily focused on plants but this does not mean you have to be vegan or vegetarian to do so. This programme provides recipes and menu plans for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike, focusing on eating more plants.
Q: What if I don’t like broccoli (or insert food here)?
A: You can swap out any items that doesn’t work, you can simply email us to ask for any swaps.
Q: Can I cancel/get a refund?

A: The nutrition side should not take you any extra time—in fact it should take you LESS time than you’re currently spending prepping food if you are cooking from scratch every day for your family, because it’s incredibly organized and strategic.
Q: Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?
A. This plan is not about following a strict plan to reach a goal, rather than to nourish and boost your metabolism and avoiding inflammatory foods.
Q: Do I have to buy protein powder or other shakes and pills?
A: We do advocate a Proothie- a protein smoothie as a cost effective and easy tool to help you to break your fast and reach your protein goals each day but this is not necessary if you are willing to eat additional protein and plants. That said, in my experience most women undereat protein by 100% and do not get enough essential phytonutrients in their diet which these supplements can bridge the gap for but it is entirely up to you.
