Losing 19lbs in 5 weeks and eating a lot of food I've never tried before

This is Stacey’s 6 Week Transformation Unicorn Challenge Success Story

Stacey Greenstreet, 50

Florida, USA

I have participated in a 6 week warrior goddess kettlebell training challenge.  I absolutely loved it.  I ate foods that I thought I hated and combinations of foods that I didn’t think went together.  I loved the workouts and all the coaching and youtube videos that went with it.  I liked that there were recipes and shopping lists every week.  I had weekly postings that were helpful.

I went on to lose 19lbs in just 5 weeks.

After starting the program, there was a bit of skepticism in the house about the recipes, but I wanted to eat them as is, and if no one else would eat them with me, that was just fine. By the end of the 5 actual weeks of program, I lost 10.8 lbs of weight, and a total of 37.7cm around my body overall!

Every journey starts with one step. If the questions “who am I to want to get into my best shape?” or “where do I even start?” are coming up for you, know that they came up for every single successful Wonder Woman you see on this page.

Whether you feel like you don’t have the time, never stuck to a plan before, you have no idea how to swing a kettlebell, or you’re totally adverse to cooking — we ALL start somewhere.

What matters most is your willingness to put one foot in front of the other.
