“Before I joined the Unicorn ? Program in Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training I followed many different diets and hit the gym six times a week with disappointing results losing a little weight and putting more on and nothing changing except feeling more down and hopeless of getting out of the cycle.

Then I noticed this site on Facebook and read into it and thought this is for me it’s what I need

Lots of delicious menus healthy and nutritional and a full menu plan along with an exercise program and full videos to follow and improve on.

I joined the group fora 12 month Programme the first six weeks called the Unicorn Programme

In five of those weeks I’ve lost 18.4 Lbs and 28 inches

I’ve learned a lot on the journey so far about myself and how much more I can do for me.

I can eat lots of healthy food and still lose weigh

Exercise less 3 times a week and be more productive at changing me shape and size

There is also an endless amount of support, coaching and listening by Lisa and her team

I feel so much more confident and healthy and I can’t wait to get started on the next section of the Programme”
