Ingredients
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 large banana
1/2 cup (75g/2.6 oz.) fresh or frozen berries
1 handful fresh spinach or baby kale
20g (0.7 oz.) protein powder vanilla
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
Ice, as needed
Instructions
Place all ingredients except for the ice in a blender and mix until smooth.
Add ice and blend again until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass.
Notes
If you are using frozen banana and berries you will not need as much ice to make
