Gluten Free Crackers with Pesto, Warms Goats Cheese and Puy Lentils

Ingredients
Ryvita Crackers x4
100g goats cheese
1tbsp puy lentils
spread of pesto (like butter on each cracker)
garnish with rocket and red onion
Instructions
Warm the grill
Spread the pesto onto each cracker
Divide the goats cheese into 4 portions and crumble onto each cracker and sprinkle the lentils
Place crackers under grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the cheese begins to brown.
Add the garnish and eat!
