  • 60 g Banana
  • 6 pecan nuts
  • 200 ml light unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 medium strawberries
  • 6 cubes of ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for later.
