One day while scrolling through FB I came across WGKBT.  I saw an advertisement for womens kettlebell training and they were offering a masterclass to discuss a new 12 month program (Super, Sexy, Strong) that encompassed a healthy eating plan/healthy lifestyle, along with kettlebell training  geared totally for women.  I had an interest in learning how to use kettlebells, so I signed up and watched the masterclass.  I found the masterclass to be very informative and I liked what the new program was all about.  It wasn’t just kettlebell training.  It was a program that would teach you the skills to have a heathier body and lifestyle.  The added bonus was getting to learn how to use kettlebells to achieve all this, along with diet and exercise. I decided to join the program because I wanted something that was mapped out for me and provided all the support I needed. The eating and exercise plan was all mapped out, which is what I needed.  I had an interest in getting in to shape and being healthy , and the program being geared towards women seemed like a good fit for me.  

When I first got started with WGKBT, I started off with the six week unicorn challenge.  The unicorn challenge was a great introduction to healthy eating and kettlebell training.  The support you recieved was awesome right from the start.  Always someone to help with any questions or problems you had.  The support was fabulous.  At first, like any lifestyle change  it was a little overwhelming, but everything was layed out and eventally things settled down and you got adjusted to the plan.  Lisa, the “tribe “ leader and her coach Breo were great about helping you with everything.  Couldn’t ask for better support.  From the start, I have loved the program.  

So far, in the first 6 weeks I’ve had some results and non scale victories to report.  I’ve lost approximately 12 pounds on the scale, visible inches of body lost, and down 2 short sizes.  Besides losing weight and body fat, I feel 10xs better than before I started the program.  I feel healthier and have more energy than ever before and my body in general is much stronger,  and less aches and pains.  Love what the WGKBT has done for me.  

I have been trying for a long time to find a plan I liked enough to commit to, and provided the needed support.  I believe I have found this in WGKBT and Lisa Barwise (great educator and teacher).  I have been wanting a total package program that covered all the bases (Diet, exercise, strength training, and education ), and  to me WGKBT is it.   I love that program educates and supports its members.  Looking forward to what the next 11 months has on store for me.  I’m looking forward to losing more weight/body fat, getting stronger, and prefecting my kettlebell skills.  Want to be badass like Lisa?!
