What to do now:
1. Watch the video here on moving into Phase 3 and following the next 28 days of your cycle, menu plan and exercise programme.
PLEASE NOTE: This new phase will require additional tools and equipment. You will need to invest in heavier or more kettlebells and an exercise band or two. We will be using doubles in our training (I suggest 2x6kg or 2x8kg) and a heavier bell for deadlifts, sumo deadlifts (I suggest a 16kg if you are already swinging with a 12kg – which you should be at this stage.)
2. Before you start this phase be sure to access or redownload and print out your Metabolism Shape Change Tracker. Complete the Fitness and Strength Tests and do all your measurements and more importantly, your Progress Photos.
2. You can access this phases’s workouts and bonus video clips – this month is about the new CURVY workout warm up using resistance bands.
3. Be sure to comment in the Facebook Group about your progress and how you are finding things and if you have any questions about the exercises or your carb cycle. Access the Facebook Group here.
