How to Train During Prep Week

We are keeping things simply during this first week where you get to pick some fun follow along workouts from our Trello App from Phase 1.

During this time before you follow the Training Plan and work out how many sessions and when works for you, you can keep your momentum going by these follow along videos while you are learning how to create your own 7 Day cycle.

Time to Recommit & Lean in

It’s time to RECOMMIT.  It is not time to use this transition to fall off, ease back or fall back into old habits.

Be sure to use this time as a ‘take stock’ and we recommend you go back and revisit the Step 1: Activate the Superhero within and focus on the mindset work to keep you on track.
