My life hasn’t been what you probably think it has. I wasn’t always this sure, this confident or strong. Constantly second guessing myself, plagued with self doubt, no sense of self worth.

Who is Lisa Barwise?

Hey, I’m Lisa Barwise, a Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Naturopath, Plant Based Diet Specialist based in Belfast in the UK and have been featured in many publications and podcasts.

I am the creatress of Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training, the Sexy Strong ProgramTM, the 5k Method Coaching Certification and the hostest of the Goddess Got Goals Podcast.

​As a qualified kettlebell instructor I also teach kettlebell training and educate women on eating the right thing, at the right time for the right purpose and I’ve been lucky enough to reach ladies of all ages from their late 30s to early 60s in all corners of the world with my online programmes.

As a NLP Certified Life Coach, I am able to offer essential insights to the mindset and motivation behind what is stopping you from reach your body and lifestyle goals and I discuss this weekly on the Goddess Got Goals Podcast.

I believe it is my fun and enthusiastic approach to fitness and health, my obsession with superheroes and Wonder Woman,  that helps them to reach their body and lifestyle goals with ease and flow.
