Class Description


  • Time to focus on progress, not perfection and take your workouts to the net level and work towards your next Grade & Rank.  This is a small group session with just 1 focus.  Focusing on just one move or one body part to build skill, strength and focus.
  • Open to all levels and perfect for recent graduates who need some additional help and support, recovering from injury or overcoming certain medical conditions and 1-2-1 focus with only 6 per session.
  • Saturdays 12.15pm
  • I hour

SCHOOL is where Warrior Goddesses come to work on their craft.  To focus on their progress, not prefection.  Get more focused attention and coaching to bring you further along your strength and kettlebell journey.

SCHOOL CLASS Access the full Warrior Goddess Kettlebell studio and all the equipment on your own terms for a quick & sweaty workout for busy women who have goals!

DAY:  Saturdays

TIME: 12.15pm

DURATION: 60 minutes.

WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself and lots of water.


Warm up and mobility ready to practice just one move.  Get the coaching, support and help you need to improve and progress with certain kettlebell moves, practices or strengthen certain body parts.
