Each month, we have a monthly focus, a topic or challenge that we we deep dive and discuss in our Monthly Coaching Call live on Zoom – bringing awareness to an issue, offer insight and tools to overcome and accept and equipping you to take immediate action.

The goal is NOT to cram your brain with a lot of new information, but to teach you ONE new strategy you can use to get clear directions on how to effectively implement it into your life right away.

#2 THE MONTHLY PREVEW + REVIEW CO WORKING COACHING CALL

 

This part of the framework is what really sets us apart from most programs and courses out there.

I’ve paid for a lot of different personal development resources over the years (including planners, memberships, courses, and even coaching packages) and one thing I’ve noticed is that there’s an industry-wide lack of progress measurement built into them.

I learned a ton of great ideas from people who really knew their stuff (about everything from getting stronger, melting fat, kettlebell training, nutrition to what to do for more energy, sleep better, extend my life and to help me live a happier, more confident life) but I had no clue what to do with all that info. I just got overwhelmed.

So, when building the Goddess Got Goals membership, I knew I wanted to do something different. Which is why we have a co working session where we get together to learn how to measure progress and plan each month and each week — so we can “do the dang thing” together! This dedicated time to take action has been a game-changer for people in our community.

#3 COMMUNITY SUPPORT

 

Another thing that I’ve noticed (though not nearly as much as the lack of progress measurement) is that some memberships don’t have a robust enough community component, one that is private and fosters sharing on a deeper level. For me (and many others), having the support and camaraderie of people who “get” what you’re doing and what you’re going through can make a big difference. Not just with your health and fitness program, but in life.

Which is why my team and I work hard behind the scenes to create a membership portal that gives everyone in the Goddess Got Goals a safe space to connect, network, share their progress, ask questions, and generally feel like part of a community. Access on yourr phone or computer- and without the distractions of social media.

Our hope is that you come for the content, but that the connections you make (and the support you get) enriches your overall experience.
