Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Beginners Programme & 2 Hour Beginners Workshop

 

All class bookings are made online and are non refundable. These sessions are non-transferable within 4 days notice and can only be transferred once.

It is the responsibility of the client to notify the instructor of any physical or medical limitation which may require adaptations or special care before starting any programme.  The fitness instructor reserves the right to determine the non suitability of a client’s injury or condition and therefore ineligibility to attend class.  It is therefore the responsibility of the client to determine this prior to purchasing any programme or class, as it is non refundable and only eligible for a transfer with 4 days notice.  The instructor may offer alternatives to the value of the programme but no refund will be given.

If classes are missed due to non attendance, then this is done so at the responsibility of the student and will not be refunded or transferred.

 

Requested transfers within 4 days will be refused. Only one transfer request can be made which means if you can’t make this programme, you must attend the following programme or lose your programme investment.

 

Graduate Kettlebell Classes

Once a block of sessions is purchased, there is a 4 month usage period before expiration.  Unused sessions are not refunded or transferred, with no exception.

Classes may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, civil unrest and safety issues in the studio or its surrounds.  It may also be cancelled due to the minimum number of students reached.  This minimum number for a class to go ahead is 3.  The studio will endeavor to give minimum of 2 hours notice for class cancellations.

 

Monthly and VIP Memberships

Continued late cancellations or no shows under membership may result in the student being asked to revert from monthly membership to Graduate block or single class purchases.

The studio and its instructors reserves the rights to have 18 days of closures for public holidays and breaks.  Classes will not be held on these days. These will be clearly marked on the calendar and students notified in advance.  Some months may have more days than others due to the nature of the agreed public holidays. By agreeing to become a monthly member, you are agreeing to these closure days.

Membership is on a rolling contract with payment taken via credit or debit card which means it can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice by email to hello@warriorgoddesskettlebelltraining.com. It cannot be cancelled witnin the first month.

VIP Membership is on a rolling contract with payment taken via credit or debit card which means it can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice by email to hello@warriorgoddesskettlebelltraining.com. If I client chooses to access the Wheel of the Year programme as part of their VIP membership, it cannot be cancelled witnin the first 4 months.

Missed payments are subject to the following fees:

  • Not paid within 7 day of due date £10 fee due
  • Not paid within 14 days of due date £15 fee due
  • Not paid within 21 days of due date £20 fee due
  • Not paid within the month being due, your membership will be cancelled and only prepayment taken.
  • Three late payments within 6 months and your membership will be cancelled and only offered prepayment block bookings for classes.

 

Personal Training Sessions

 

1. All 1-2-1 Transformation & Personal Training packages will expire 6 months from purchase date.

2. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding of both parties and may not be changed except by written consent of both parties. The terms of this agreement will apply equally to each session and it’s understood by both parties that this agreement will remain legally binding.

3. Exercise levels will be progressive and regulated by the trainer.

4. By agreeing to participate in these packages including personal training you are agreeing to follow the guidelines set out by your trainer throughout the duration of the training programme.

5. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours by the personal trainer, a complimentary session will be offered. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases.  Cancellation must be made in writing via text message or Facebook message and also via the scheduling software.

5. Sessions will last 1 hour unless otherwise stated and shall start at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client. Sessions can be cancelled or rearranged by contacting the personal trainer directly by text on 07950 457654 or via Facebook message but must be done in writing.

6. Any client who is not at the agreed meeting place within 20 minutes of the agreed scheduled time shall be deemed to have cancelled and charged for the entire session.

7. Sessions must be paid for in advance before the session commences by PayPal online payment or a cash payment.

8. Refunds will not be given due to illness, injury or non participation for sessions or classes.

9. Clients paying by PayPal may incur additional fees for online payment or installment payments but these are made clear at time of purchase.

10. Nutritional Plans are only given out once payment is made (first installment or in full)

11. Nutritional Supplements are only given once payment is made (first installment or in full)

12. Lisa Barwise reserves the right to cancel appointments if payment is outstanding.

13. All Photos, measurements and results attained during training may be used for promotion purposes (though client will always be asked for permission)

14. Rates and prices can vary at any time at the discretion of the Lisa Barwise.

15. All class bookings are made online and are non refundable.

16. If classes are missed due to non attendance, then this is done so at the responsibility of the student and will not be refunded or transferred.

17. If classes are known to be missed and mindfully communicated, it is at the discretion of Lisa Barwise to offer credit to another class, but this is done in good will on a case by case basis and based on space available.

 

24 hrs notice is required for cancellation of PRIVATE SESSIONS.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours by the personal trainer, a complimentary session will be offered. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases.  Cancellation must be made in writing via text message or Facebook message and also via the scheduling software.

If you have two or more cancellations in a row, your allocated weekly slot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.  You will still be able to use your purchased sessions but not at your preferred time.

Medical Cancellations

Cancellation is permitted where a person may be unable to attend a pre-booked and / or private session for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the person was unable to make the sessions for medical reasons is required within 7 days of the missed session and upon receipt, credit for a new session will be issued.

Workshops & Events

All bookings are made online and are non refundable.

Workshop or Event tickets may be transferred with notification of 4 days or more.  Be sure to email Lisa here at hello@warriorgoddesskettlebelltraining.com to request a transfer.  Under 4 days notice are not transferrable nor refundable.

All products and supplements come with a 14 day money back guarantee of satisfaction.

Items must be unworn (other than opening and general trying) and returned in their packaging.

Online Warrior Goddess Body Programmes, 28 Day & Wheel of Year Programmes.

All online bootcamp and personal training programmes are made online via PayPal  or Stripe with credit/debit card.

Any led or date specific programmes are non-transferable within 7 days notice.

If activities or trainings are missed due to non attendance, then this is done so at the responsibility of the student and will not be refunded or transferred.

If it is known that activities or sessions will to be missed and mindfully communicated more than 7 days before a programme starts, Lisa Barwise will offer credit to another programme.

Requested transfers within 7 days will be refused.

Transferred programmes will be subject to an admin fee of £15 and can only be transferred to the next available date.

WARRIOR GODDESS BODY REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. Please note, if you select the 12 payment option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrolment, contact our support team at support@warriorgoddesskettlebelltraining.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 GMT. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  • Your daily My Fitness Pal food diary with no less than 20 consecutive entries, showing that you were within a 95% range of your recommended calories and macros every day
  • The completed goals sheets and affirmation cards, clearly stating your short, medium and long term goals
  • A log of 8 weeks of workouts, clearly showing that you completed every work out, and listing the exercises, sets and reps completed
  • 2 sets of progress photos, taken every two weeks, with the corresponding date stamps attached
  • A picture of your body goal as part of your Vision Board that you chose at the start of the program, and the reasons why you chose it
  • Evidence that you downloaded all the PDFs within 7 days of purchasing the program and calculated your macros using the online calculator (we can check this in the back end)
  • Evidence of your purchase of kettlebells or membership at a gym (a bank statement or receipt) or pictures of your home gym and equipment
  • Your monthly measurements and tracking sheet, showing your measurements and weight, with at least 2 entries
  • We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.  Furthermore, if you purchased the program in knowledge of a pre-existing medical condition that may hinder your ability to follow the program, the 30 day guarantee does not apply.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Lisa Barwise Companies. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay a $20/£18 admin fee and interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 4% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
