    Hey there Goddess, I just thought I would drop in Hey there Goddess, I just thought I would drop in here and say Hi. There are lots of new people here who maybe don't know me or much about Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training so I thought I would introduce myself and connect with you. Hi, I'm Lisa Barwise and I like to call myself a Wellness Alchemist. What the heck even is that, well it's a kinda cool way (well I thought it was cool) to say I'm the catalyst or spark to help women to transform. The transformation of women to become strong of mind, body and character. And we do this using our tools (yup kettlebells & plants) and programs (we've got something for everyone). We started out teaching 4 classes a week in a yoga studio, then 3 years ago set up our own studio in Belfast here in Northern Ireland and were teaching 60+ women across 15 group personal training classes and body shape change challenges a week. When Covid hit, we decided to take our business 100% online and provide the programs, results and support through our digital fitness studio, mobile friendly PDF training plans and apps plus our amazing Facebook communities. We do that with focusing on your results and goals first and foremost. This means we offer: ✅ Goal focused programs, not classes ✅ Daily Community support, not weekly drop ins ✅ Connection, Accountability and Friends, not strangers or spinning your wheels on ineffective workouts ✅ Fun, fast, fat loss and fitness, not hour long classes for the sake of it And we do all this with a big dollop of badassery: 💪 We curse like a sailor 💪 We think innuendos are the best form of humour 💪 We talk about boobs, butts, lady parts and periods 💪 We are WooWoo AF focusing on holistic practices of meditation, affirmations, mind body connection, feminine power and moon cycles 💪 We never judge, punish or berate- we are not drill sergeants or body builders shouting 'no pain no gain' 💪 We want to be superheroes - the sexy, confident, leading ladies of our own lives And most of all, we just want to help you to be the best version of you, whilst accepting you are loved and accepted just as you are.
