If you have never taken a kettlebell class and a new Warrior Goddess, then you simply attend your first Personal Training session by means of a kettlebell introduction so you can then join the regular Graduate classes.

    If, like me, you need that extra accountability to keep on track of your nutrition and fitness goals, then the 28 Day Bootcamp programme is for you. The online check-in allowed me to plan ahead and keep on top of my nutritional goals. Combined with weekly face-to-face PT sessions (and dedication and commitment, of course!) and you can both feel and see the results. A journey well worth taking and a must for anyone who needs that extra little nudge to reach their goal.

    I signed up for the bootcamp after completing the six week beginners course. I was looking for something that would give me a kick start back into health and fitness – and I found that I really really enjoyed kettlebells! The Bootcamp worked for me. I did three classes a week plus one PT which gave me that added motivation. It was also great to have the opportunity to learn form Lisa on a one to one basis. I also overhauled my eating habits and although I didn’t stick to the plan I did incorporate a lot of it and tried out quite a few of the recipes including the smoothies which I love! After just three weeks there were obvious benefits – I looked leaner and I felt healthier and stronger. Overall I lost 7cms which was amazing – so it does work! I am sticking with it and can’t wait to see what happens over the coming months :0)
