How to deal with set backs
You need to know that your goals do not happen or a reason, just like people say to me, I’ll wait until XYZ calms down until I start something, you cannot do a 6 week or 12 month body and lifestyle goal program and expect it to happen in a vacuum. If you hear yourself say:
“When things calm down ….
“Next week when it is easier/
“Next month or next year…
We believe that it is the lack of obstacles that make us successful.
When it is accepting and then dealing with the setbacks that is the key.
You need to realize that we’re not trying to avoid setbacks, it’s about understanding that they are indeed inevitable, accept them, be proactive, and learn to shorten our bounce back ability curve.
Let’s change your mindset about setbacks and start planning for the comeback plan!
