If you suffer from any auto immune, chronic pain or digestive related issue, you need to stop what you are doing and listen to this week’s episode.
Our guest Kimber Jones is going to share how she has gone from a life in pain, on endless prescription drugs and doctor visits with a future filled with multiple operations in her 20s, to being pain, drug and symptom free using this ancient teaching.
Kimber was introduced to yoga and Ayurveda in 2011 after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (imagine IBS- but way worse!). She is now not only completely off of all pharmaceutical drugs, but is 100% symptom free using the wisdom of Ayurveda!
Finding Ayurveda was like getting the owner’s manual to her body. She finally knew how to work WITH her body instead of against it. Ayurveda is holistic, preventative, and totally INDIVIDUALIZED medicine that comes from the Vedic traditions of Ancient India, alongside yoga.
Kimber now teaches Yoga and Ayurveda in Asheville, NC through her business Moksha Yoga & Wellness. She is a teacher in her heart of hearts, and she hopes to share this knowledge with her students and connect them to the ancient sciences in a modern and meaningful way.
This interview will provide insight, practical tools and information and a chance for you to understand yourself and your body is a way you have never achieved before.
And in my opinion, a way for you to truly feel empowered and finally feel good in a way you never knew your body was designed to feel.
