OPEN GYM

  • Access the full Warrior Goddess Kettlebell studio and all the equipment on your own terms for a quick & sweaty workout for busy women who have goals!
  • You can access a full library of online VIP workouts with instruction clips or our follow along workout videos to complete during this time
  • Or use this time to practice and work on certain moves as part of your grading & ranking goals.
  • Mondays & Thursdays 6.15am
  • Sunday, Monday, Thursdays & Saturdays 9.15am
  • Friday 6.15pm & 7.15pm
  • I hour
  • Instructor: No instrucor

OPEN GYM is where our GREEN ranked Goddesses and above who work hard and need flexibility in their week and want a space to fit in a fun, effective, no nonsense workout, following one of our strength training programmes and written workouts from our VIP digital library.

Your chance to come play, learn, workout and develop in your own time and your own pace in our fun and safe space.

DAY: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays

TIME: 6.15am, 9.15am, 6.15pm, 7.15pm

DURATION: 60 minutes.

WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself and lots of water.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Whatever you want to do.
