The Kettlebell Deadlift offers the perfect introduction into Kettlebell lifting and is the foundational movement that many of the more famous moves like the Swing and the Clean are built upon.
 
This might just look like you are ‘lifting the bell off the ground’ but it is HOW you lift it that is so important and the difference between building muscle or overextending and injury.

I LOVE talking about fasting and the concept of in I LOVE talking about fasting and the concept of intermittent fasting is so interesting to me.

However in my experience of working with women’s nutrition for women over 40, there is a lot of misunderstanding, confusion and mispractices that can cause concern when IF is not done correctly. 

I have been using IF myself for over 10 years and within my programs for 8 years or so.

But we have to first understand it, educate ourselves on the benefits and the science and also understand when it doesn’t work, how it can be applied ineffectively and when it may actually be dangerous or result in healthy issues.
