Lisa likes to share that she is the laziest healthy person she knows! That she really isn’t someone who naturally enjoys exercise or is ‘athletic’.  But in this way she has created the most effective, quickest and easiest way to get a true Warrior Goddess Body which is lean, strong and curvy and in this way she is able to help others do the same and actually have fun whilst doing it!

Lisa Barwise is the creator of Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training, author of the Warrior Goddess Body Book and its 28 Day Programme.

She has delivered personal training results to celebrities, athletes and women in their 40s, 50 and 60s through kettlebell training and classes. Labelled as the “fairy ninja” to her Tribe, she delivers 9 classes a week in her new studio based in Belfast, monthly workshops, beginners programmes twice a week and has more than 20,000 followers online or via social media.

She says,

“As a Wellness Alchemist I see myself as Transformation Coach to my clients. I am the kick ass catalyst in their transformations. My goal is to help ladies around the world transform into their most warrioresque, genuine selves so they can be the best women they can be. My mission is to provide the nutritional advice and weight loss support to women on a holistic level, taking account of educational, physical and emotional issues to facilitate transformation. Women can then be the true role models to their whole family to prevent growing issues like obesity, disease and illness.”

Lisa teaches on Mondays to Saturdays at Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training Studio in addition to up to 2 beginners programmes a week, monthly 2 Hour Workshops and monthly Nutritional Workshops plus One Day Retreat:

Accessing up to 7 classes a week, we have divided each class into 5 types and each class forms part of your overall training programme.

LEAN: High Intensity Interval Circuits with Kettlebells and Martial arts for high calorie burning using the Tabata method of training.

SUPER LEAN: High Intensity Interval Circuits with Kettlebells and Martial arts for high calorie burning using 1 minute circuits.

STRONG: Pure Intensity, Strength & Conditioning focusing on core and upper body strength.

CURVY: Lower Body Sculpt, Bum Building & Boost, Strength & Conditioning.

WARRIOR: Kick ass Fight, Plyometric & Kettlebell Circuits to build power, strength and feel awesome using 1 minute circuits. The amount and order of your programme is outlined in the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Handbook and is dependent on your strength, fitness or fatloss goals that you determine for yourself.

Not 2 hours of working out, rather a unique and careful combination of nutrition for fatloss insights, mediation, kettlebells, HIIT training, yoga and kick ass sweat session, all designed to leave you feeling empowered, inside and out.
