Lisa teaches on Mondays to Saturdays at Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training Studio in addition to up to 2 beginners programmes a week, monthly 2 Hour Workshops and monthly Nutritional Workshops plus One Day Retreat:
Accessing up to 7 classes a week, we have divided each class into 5 types and each class forms part of your overall training programme.
LEAN: High Intensity Interval Circuits with Kettlebells and Martial arts for high calorie burning using the Tabata method of training.
SUPER LEAN: High Intensity Interval Circuits with Kettlebells and Martial arts for high calorie burning using 1 minute circuits.
STRONG: Pure Intensity, Strength & Conditioning focusing on core and upper body strength.
CURVY: Lower Body Sculpt, Bum Building & Boost, Strength & Conditioning.
WARRIOR: Kick ass Fight, Plyometric & Kettlebell Circuits to build power, strength and feel awesome using 1 minute circuits. The amount and order of your programme is outlined in the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Handbook and is dependent on your strength, fitness or fatloss goals that you determine for yourself.
