WGKBT Living Room 30 Min Kettlebell and Martial HIIT Tabata Workout

Intervals: 20 sec ON/20 sec OFF

 

You will need:

1x 8kg kettlebell

1x 6kg kettlebell (optional)

Yoga Mat

Interval Timer (if not following along)

 

Round 1

Swing 

Narrow Squat 

Shoulder Press 2 Lunges 

Knee to Elbow

Repeat these 4 exercises 

Break (30-60secs)

Round 2

Swing & Switch

Narrow Squat & Curl

Shoulder Press & Curtesy

Cruch & Punch

Repeat these 4 exercises

Break (30-60 secs)

Round 3

Swing Stop

Wide Squat and Pulse

Kneeling Tricep Extensions

Plank Circle

Repeat these 4 exercises

Break (30-60 secs)

Round 4

Swing Squat

Racked Squat Pulses

Narrow Kneeling

Up & Down Plank

Repeat these 4 exercises

Break (30-60 secs)

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

This workout is not for our complete beginners to kettlebell training- but those with a bit more swinging under their belt and we affectionately call our ‘Swingers’ (no judgement necessary) or Level 2.
