WGKBT Living Room 30 Min Kettlebell and Martial HIIT Tabata Workout

Intervals: 20 sec ON/20 sec OFF

 

You will need:

1x 8kg kettlebell

1x 6kg kettlebell (optional)

Yoga Mat

Interval Timer (if not following along)

 

Round 1

Swing

Squat Press

Bent over row

Power Knee

Repeat these 4 exercises.

Break (30-60 secs).

Round 2

Single Arm Swing

Single Arm Squat

Press Shoulder Press & Tricep Extension

Lunge with Elbow Hook Punch

Repeat these 4 exercises.

Break (30-60 secs).

Round 3

Swing Squat

Squat & Curl

Halo into Side Lunge

Squat Side Kick

Repeat these 4 exercises.

Break (30-60 secs).

Round 4

Swing & Switch

Single Leg Lunge (Pulse)

Speed Ball

Plank Jack

Repeat these 4 exercises.

Break (30-60 secs).

This workout is not for our complete beginners to kettlebell training- but those with a bit more swinging under their belt and we affectionately call our ‘Swingers’ (no judgement necessary) or Level 2.
