Wild & Well is a nourishing & restorative workshop specifically tailored for Women’s Wellness. Weaving together empowering education for women in all stages of the menstrual & life cycle, you’ll learn ways to listen to the wisdom of your body & create lasting self care practice to come into harmony on and off the yoga mat.

Meet Emma…

Emma Lowe founder of Essential Nature Yoga is a Yoga Alliance USA registered Yoga Teacher. Having trained with the School of Sacred Arts in Bali and Peru and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in Total Yoga Nidra. Emma has gone on to take further studies with Tina’s Nance’s (Tina Nance Yoga Therapy)
Embodied Feminine Awakening Programme; specialising in Women’s Health and Mind, Body & Spiritual wellbeing. Emma is passionate about holding safe and sacred space for women to reconnect to themselves and the elemental patterns and rhythms of life in profound and transformational ways, empowering you to create lasting self care practice and connect to your feminine power. 

A 4-hour session offering you the chance to explore your feminine power and experience the hormone balancing effects of this practice.

 

Wild & Well is a nourishing & restorative workshop specifically tailored for Women’s Wellness. The workshop also includes:

Re-education: Open Circle Discussion  on sacred menstruation & the divine femmine, learning how & why to attune to the moon cycles. Understand the main factors for hormone imbalances & how to come back into full body/mind harmony.

Restorative Hormone balancing Yoga : A gentle yoga therapy practice that promotes the flow of blood & chi into the specific endocrine glands & organs that play a key role in hormonal balance. Whilst simultaneously reconnecting us to the more feminine aspects of our ‘being’ nature, inherent in embodying, feeling, sensing & intuiting on the mat. (& serving as the perfect Winter practice to decompress and reset!)

Yoni Nidra: Yoga Nidra is a guided, meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental & emotional relaxation & restoration. This practice has been specifically created for self enquiry, healing & celebration of the wild feminine terrain to honour & celebrates our sexual, reproductive health & wellbeing

Yoga Nidra is useful in:

  • Combating anxiety, fear and depression
  • Decreasing stress
  • Improving sleep and decreases insomnia
  • Helping with pain management
  • Heighten energy levels – it is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep!
  • Emotional/cognitive healing
  • Meditative / spiritual inquiry

Embodied mindfulness and movement:  Focused on Root and Sacral Chakras and boundaries, this will solidify your yoga nidra practice.
