After 15 years in the hospitality industry, I switched gears and am now following my passion for health and fitness- whilst bringing with me my passion for food with me.

I have been active all my life. Well, minus the 4 years I spend in a wheelchair or on crutches, after being told at age 15 I could never walk again. I started off mostly following and instructing cardio-based fitness classes before I fell in love with lifting heaver weights, swinging kettlebells and getting stronger.

As an ex-marathon runner who has eaten a plant-based diet for over 25 years, I know the importance of the right food and exercise choices for your body.

Everyone’s needs and goals are different. I love teaching and guiding women to plan and control their own health and fitness journeys through learning the skills of cooking, meal planning and enjoying food to fuel the body to lift heavier and build lean muscle.
