As part of our VIP Membership, Wheel of the Year programme and our 90 Day Challenge, we have created a whole system to teach you Female Focused Goal Setting.
Goals are a very important part of staying motivated and ensuring you’re on track during your journey. If you don’t know where you want to go, how will you know when you have reached your destination? I have always used a very simple approach, which I recommend to you do too. Read more here.
Strength & Fitness Goals
10 Credit Block
- JOIN THE TRIBE for our regular weekly group personal training classes.
- ACCESS ANY of our 18 classes a week with no more than 12 in any class coached by our Coaching Team.
- CLASSES FROM JUST £4 Most classes are 1 Credit but BOOM and YOGA HIIT are only 0.5 credits meaning you can easily access 2-3 times a week to build a consistent strength & fitness habit
- VALID FOR 60 DAYS Your 10 Credit Pass must be used within 60 days. No credits can be transferred to the following month. Unused credits are forfeited.
- ACCOUNTABILITY & BOOKING is completed through our Exclusive Tula App (for iPhone users) or via your mobile browser for Android users. You can book in up to 1 hour before class starts but must cancel with 4 hours notice- this extra accountability and intention is what makes our Group Personal Training Sessions work. We notice when you are not there and you must take the time to book in and cancel.
- SUPPORT & ENCOURAGEMENT when you access to the Tribe of Kettlebell Warrior Goddesses online community group for daily tips, motivation and incentives, our online handbook and weekly motivational newsletter.
- PROGRESS is measured through our Leadership Board and Ranking & Grading system
- WHO IS THIS FOR? Best suited to those focusing on only strength & fitness goals, are generally motivated, do not like a traditional gym setting, working shifts, travel a lot or are only able to commit to 2/3 sessions a week and are not focused on Body Shape Change goals as there is no nutritional or VIP accountability support.
- Does not include access to our VIP Wheel of the year customised nutritional support, 1-2-1 goal setting sessions with Lisa or our Goddess Got Goals 90 Day challenges, Progress/Test Measurement sessions and Open Gym.

- WHO IS THIS FOR? Best suited to those focusing on Body Shape Change goals, you need help and support on what to eat in relation to their training to lose fat, who have plateaued in their weightloss, who have hormonal imbalances or issues and who want RESULTS fast.
Timetable, Classes & Pricing
Accessing up to 18 classes a week, we have divided each class into 8 types and each class forms part of your overall training programme including Strength & Conditioning, Cardio & HIIT in early mornings, evenings and weekends.
LEAN: Martial & Kettlebell HIIT for ultimate fat burn and fast results.
STRONG: Strength & Conditioning for Upper Body & Core.
CURVY: Lower Body Sculpt, Bum Building & Boost, Strength & Conditioning
WARRIOR: Functional, Fight & Kettlebell Circuits to build power, strength and feel awesome.
BOOM : Fast Fun Warrior HIIT Circuits for the equivalent of an exercise Mic Drop.
KICK ASS: Fierce, Fun, Fitness with Martial Arts style fitness training. No contact, just sweaty bad assery.
YOGA HIIT: Low impact, high intensity mix of Yoga and HIIT style training for body sculpting and core strength.
FIGHTER: Strength and conditioning through boxing techniques, pad work and circuits- with no contact. But great stress relief.
SCHOOL: Our weekly coaching focused session working on specific moves to practice and progress or focusing on certain muscle groups to strengthen.

1 VIP Membership £95 per month / 3 months then rolling 30 days
2 Graduate 10 Credit Block – 10 Credits valid for 60 Days £80
- Bookings are made online and there are no drop in options

- Basic facility includes changing room, toilets, access to bottled water, coconut water for purchase and access to tea, protein shakes and protein snacks.
- All kettlebells and mats are provided but feel free to bring you own and members can store their own bells at the studio for ease if they choose, we will take good care of them
- All classes are barefoot, or in special yoga socks (not normal socks), no shoes and *no exceptions
- All KB weekly classes are for graduates of beginners programme.
- Any VIP Member need to book for classes. Please look at the class schedule above and book anytime up until the morning before class. A waiting list facility is in place and all class bookings are on a first come first serve basis for classes.
- This studio has ample parking in the courtyard area and is on a bus route from the city centre.
- Access is via 2 flights of stairs or via industrial lift.
