Prior to taking out a monthly membership, all new members are required to complete one of our beginners options, where we teach the fundamentals of Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training either in 6 weekly sessions or a 2 Hour Workshop, Afterwards you will be able to integrate into our normal classes.

There are two ways to start your Warrior Goddess kettlebell journey with us depending on your current fitness levels, time commitment and goals.

BEGINNERS PROGRAMME- 6 WEEKLY SESSIONS

FOR THOSE NEW TO WORKING OUT OR COMING BACK AFTER TIME OFF

New to kettlebells? Not sure what its all about or how to get started? Our 6 week introduction course is the perfect place to begin your fitness and strength journey, and a great way to get fit, strong and curvy! Only 8 per beginners session of 1 hour 15 minutes to ensure high levels of coaching and reassurance ready to move forward.

BEGINNERS WORKSHOP-FAST TRACK

OUR ON-BOARDING SESSION FOR ENTHUSIASTIC BEGINNER TO ACTIVE LADIES

Not 2 hours of working out, rather a unique and careful combination of nutrition for fatloss insights, mediation, kettlebells, HIIT training, yoga and kick ass sweat session, all designed to leave you feeling empowered, inside and out.  For those that aren’t able to attend a full beginners programme or want a quicker way to  get started and Join the Tribe.  Suited to those who are currently active in terms of running, yoga, classes or the gym, from enthusiastic beginner to active ladies.  Only 6 per beginners session to ensure high levels of coaching and reassurance ready to move forward.

GRADUATING TO WEEKLY CLASSES 

You are now able to access the true power of the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell training method and our Group Personal Training style across 15 classes per week across early mornings, evenings and weekends to suit your busy schedule and lifestyle.  Classes are broken down into 7 Training Approaches and 4 Training Types.

LEAN class is the sweaty, high intensity, fat blasting, kick ass class based on Kettlebell & Martial HIIT or Tabata style training intervals to blast belly fat and get super fit fast.  The equivalent of 2 hours in the gym in just 45 minutes!

STRONG CLASSES

UPPER BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TO LEAN OUT ARMS, BACK, SHOULDERS AND CORE.

Working on strengthening and toning major muscles groups including triceps, shoulders, back and core, you get a whole bucket of benefits from building of lean muscle here. Strengthening these muscles means a stronger back and neck and the most amazing toned arms and shoulders to show off in vest tops and strapless dresses.  When you build lean and strong shoulders you balance out especially for pear shaped Goddesses.

CURVY CLASSES

DEVELOP SERIOUS CURVE APPEAL WITH THIS LOWER BODY SCULPTING AND CONDITIONING WORKOUT

CURVY class is the legs, bums and tums of kettlebell class that focuses on glutes, hamstrings, quads, core and abs and delivers on developing some serious CURVE appeal. The class where Warrior Goddesses come to be bad asses with good asses. Focusing on developing strong legs and posterior chain, this ‘build a bum’ class delivers on curves.  Working these major muscles groups of glutes, quads and hamstrings deliver a double whammy of results. More calorie burn of any class or workout plus bootie and leg sculpting to see visible results.

WARRIOR CLASSES

WARRIOR CLASS IS WHERE WONDER WOMAN AND HER AMAZON SISTERS WOULD COME T TRAIN TO GET LEAN, STRONG & CURVY.

The class where Warrior Goddesses come to hone their Warrior skills.  A circuits class with a difference. Specific 1 minute interval circuits of functional training workouts including punch bag kickboxing drills, plyometric box jumps and steps, battle ropes, pilates ball moves, bands, and of course kettlebells.

KICK ASS CLASSES

FIERCE, FUN, MARTIAL ARTS STYLE FITNESS TO UNLEASH YOUR INNER NINJA

Breaking down the key essential skills across these disciplines to teach you step by step the kicks, punches and combos which will have you feeling more fit, fierce and flexible and like a total bad ass!

This programme is designed to take even the most uncoordinated beginner to aspiring ninja in just 45 minutes.

FIGTHER CLASSES

PERFECT COMBINATION OF PROFESSIONAL BOXING TECHNIQUES (MINUS THE CONTACT) WITH CIRCUIT TRAINING.

A 45 minute session focusing on conditioning, toning and strengthening the core.  Boxing exercises are also renowned for being great for releasing tension and relieving stress – it’s got something to do with throwing a few jabs, which can be extremely therapeutic!

YOGA HIIT CLASSES

PERFECT COMBINATION OF YOGA & HIIT STYLE TRAINING CREATED BY SADIE NARDINI WITH HER YOGA SHRED INSPIRED APPROACH

A 30 minute session encorporating a low impact, high intensity session of yoga plus tabata style training for all ages and all body types using the Yoga Shred inspired training of Sadie Nardini.

MONTHLY EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
