BOOM

  • 40 sec high intensity interval circuits with kick ass Warrior Goddess exercises including battle ropes, punch bag, bands, ball and bells, for a quick & sweaty workout for busy women.
  • Tuesdays 8.15pm, Thursdays 8.15pm

BOOM class is where Superwomen – busy mums and professionals who work hard and want a fun, effective, no nonsense HIIT workout combined with Strength Training from Kettlebells, can tap into the power of metabolic conditioning and end their day with a Boom! The equivalent of an Exercise Mic Drop!

A fast and effective circuits class with a difference. The ideal interval for a woman over 35 is 40 seconds with 15 second rest.  The ideal amount of training at any one time is 20 minutes.  20 Minutes of a HIIT workouts using our Warrior style circuits  with mix of functional training including punch bag kickboxing drills, plyometric box jumps and steps, battle ropes, pilates ball moves, bands, and of course kettlebells.

BOOM: Kick ass Fight, Plyometric & Kettlebell Circuits to build power, strength and feel awesome using only 20 minutes of 40 second intervals.

DAY: Tuesdays & Thursdays

TIME: 8.15pm

DURATION: 30 minutes.

WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself and lots of water.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Mobility warm up, 20 mins of 40 seconds HIIT circuits with regular built in rest periods, repeated  and light yoga stretching.

The amount and order of your programme is outlined in the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Handbook and is dependent on your strength, fitness or fatloss goals that you determine for yourself.

28 Day Beginners Programme
Our 4 week introduction course is the perfect place to begin your fitness and strength journey, and a great way to get fit, strong and curvy! Accessing up to 3 Beginners Sessions a week plus Unlimited Yoga HIIT classes.  Suited for complete beginners to those a little more active wanting to add strength training to their existing workouts. It can suit even the busiest of schedules. The cost for this 4 week programme is £75. Full details here.

Progressing to Graduate Classes 

8 Session Block bookings are valid for 60 days and Monthly Membership is a rolling membership with either a 12 month commitment or cancel with 30 days notice commitment. Full details here.
