A fast and effective circuits class with a difference. The ideal interval for a woman over 35 is 40 seconds with 15 second rest. The ideal amount of training at any one time is 12 minutes. 12 Minutes of a HIIT workouts using our Warrior style circuits with mix of functional training including punch bag kickboxing drills, plyometric box jumps and steps, battle ropes, pilates ball moves, bands, and of course kettlebells.
