No gym needed, at home kettlebell workouts with no investment in expensive kit. The perfect tool for women and for someone who has never lifted a kettlebell before to complement your workouts in the studio or for our home based workouts. Covering everything from choosing, holding and your first workout with a kettlebell to mobility, stretching and in depth tutorials if needed.  You will be introduced to the very addictive and highly effective tool called the kettlebell.  To then providing up to 58 weeks of more progressive easy to follow workouts.

I would say if you want to do this, it’s easy to follow but you should read around it a lot, get prepared, be organised and commit. It works. I lost 11lbs, I feel so much better about myself and I’m now in control of my appetite.
