The 6 Mindset Shifts
This is the 6 mindset shifts we suggest you look at to make space for you and your wellness goals.
Before you can get started on your goal setting and starting your wellness journey, you need to learn THE 6 SHIFTS – a 6 day (or week) system to lasting mindset shifts about Motivation, Productivity, Momentum and overcoming negative thoughts.
You can do each exercise on the first 6 days of your membership (or the first 6 weeks) or just work through the Steps at your own pace to get started.
The 6 SHIFTS are: Assess, Simplify, Release, Replace, Suit Up, Solve.
