Meet Lisa Barwise.
Known amongst her clients as the Fairy Ninja, Lisa Barwise is creator of Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training and host of the Goddess Got Goals podcast and considers herself a kick ass Wellness Alchemist in the transformation of women around the world- strong of mind, body and character.
At 46, experiecing perimenopause herself and ADHD, her unique holistic lifestyle formula combines a plant based diet, strength training with Kettlebells and Carb Cycling to harness the power of the life cycles and energy – and the challenges- experienced only by women over 40. A Warrior Goddess approach to female wellness to get SEXY STRONG at any age.
Meet Lorraine Miano
As a certified health and hormone coach as well as a post-menopausal woman herself, Lorraine Miano discovered her passion of offering menopause advocacy, support and resources to women in all phases of menopause.
She is a pro ageing advocate, speaker and author helping women to find the magic – and happiness- during the change.
She has been able to help even more women by writing and publishing her book, ‘The Magic of Menopause: A Holistic Guide to Get Your Happy Back!’. Lorraine loves to encourage her clients with her mantra “Menopause is NOT an ending! IT IS a new beginning!”
When she’s not advocating for “the change”, you can find Lorraine traveling with her husband Richard, quite often to visit her 6 grandchildren who call her “Nonni”.
